SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 130, 1980 - SECT 11

Date from which pension is payable

11. Section 68 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting at the end of paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) "or";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (2) "or"; and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (c) of sub-section (2).
