SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 130, 1980 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 17 and 22 shall come into operation on the day on
which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act (other than section 3) shall come
into operation on 1 November 1980.

(3) Section 3 shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation.
