SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 58, 1988 - SECT 12

12. Section 120 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by adding at the end of paragraphs (4) (a) and (6) (a) "in respect of a
period";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraphs (4) (a) and (6) (a) the following
        paragraph:

"(aa) the person is in Australia throughout that period;".
