SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 58, 1988 - SECT 24

Determinations under section 168 of the Social Security Act 1947

24. Notwithstanding subsection 168 (4) of the Principal Act as amended by this
Act, a determination under subsection 168 (3) of that Act made for the purpose
of giving effect to the amendments made by this Act may take effect more than
3 months before the determination was made.
