SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 120, 1993 - SECT 10

10. Section 1132A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (3) "$600,000" and substituting
        "$550,000";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (3) the following Note:

"Note: The amount in this subsection is indexed annually in line with CPI
increases (see sections 1191 to 1994). The first indexation is to take place
on 1 January 1995 (see subsection 1192(4A)).".
