SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 120, 1993 - SECT 13

13. Section 1192 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (4) ", 15, 24A";

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (4) the following subsection:

"(4A) The first indexation of the amounts to which items 15 and 24A of the CPI
Indexation Table in subsection 1191(1) relate is to take place on 1 January
1995.".
