SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 120, 1993 - SECT 7

7. Schedule 1A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following clause: Transitional saving for existing student parents

"69. The amendments to this Act made by section 5 of the Social Security
Amendment Act (No. 2) 1993 do not apply to a person who, prior to 1 January
1994, was eligible to receive payments in respect of the Post-Graduate Awards
Scheme, until the person loses such eligibility by operation of this Act other
than as it is amended by section 5."
