SOCIAL SECURITY (BUDGET AND OTHER MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 121, 1993 - SECT 28

28. After section 38 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in
Part 1.3: CFP countries

"38A.(1) The Minister may determine that a foreign country is to be a CFP
(comparable foreign payment) country for the purposes of this Act by notice in
the Gazette.

"(2) The Minister may determine that a foreign country is to be an excluded
CFP (comparable foreign payment) country for the purposes of this Act by
notice in the Gazette.

"(3) A notice under subsection (1) or (2) is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.".
