SOCIAL SECURITY (BUDGET AND OTHER MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 121, 1993 - SECT 66

Deductions from debtor's social security payment

66. Section 1231 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (2B) the following Note:

"Note: The time limit in subsection (2B) also applies to action for recovery
against a person who is liable because of section 1224AB for a debt that
arises under section 1224.".
