SOCIAL SECURITY (BUDGET AND OTHER MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 121, 1993 - SECT 84

Secretary may require recipient to give particular information relevant to payment of age pension

84. Section 69 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "A notice" and substituting "Subject to
subsection (2A), a notice";

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

"(2A) A notice under subsection (1) is not invalid merely because it fails to
comply with paragraph (2)(c) or (e).".
