FURTHER AMENDMENTS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991-NOTICE PROVISIONS
PART 1 1. Subsection 132(3): Omit "A notice", substitute "Subject to
subsection (3A), a notice". 2. After subsection 132(3): Insert: "(3A) A notice
under subsection (1) is not invalid merely because it fails to comply with
paragraph (3)(c) or (e).". 3. Subsection 133(2): Omit "A notice", substitute
"Subject to subsection (2A), a notice". 4. After subsection 133(2): Insert:
"(2A) A notice under subsection (1) is not invalid merely because it fails to
comply with paragraph (2)(c) or (e).". 5. Subsection 727(3): Omit "A notice",
substitute "Subject to subsection (3A), a notice". 6. After subsection 727(3):
