SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 78, 1984 - SECT 53

Arrangements for treatment, &c., for other persons


53. Section 135S of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (3) '', 135R and 135RA'' and substituting
        ''and 135R''; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

''(4) In this section, 'State' includes the Northern Territory.''.
