SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 78, 1984 - SECT 74

74. Section 10C of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) ''and'' (last occurring); and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following paragraphs:

''(c) an amount calculated at the rate of $10 per week in respect of each
respite care bed provided by that approved organization which is occupied by
an eligible person on at least 1 day, but on not more than 14 days, during a
prescribed period; and

   (d)  an amount calculated at the rate of $50 per week in respect of each
        respite care bed provided by that approved organization which is
        occupied by an eligible person on more than 14 days during a
        prescribed period.''.
