SOCIAL SECURITY AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 83, 1989 - SECT 11

11. Section 74 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "$31" and substituting "$34.10";
        Commencement: 1 July 1989

   (b)  by omitting paragraphs (1) (a) and (b) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:

"(a) if the child is under 13 years-the amount per week worked out under
section 74AA;

   (b)  if the child has turned 13 years but is under 16 years-the amount
        worked out under section 74AB; or". Commencement: 1 January 1990
