SOCIAL SECURITY AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 83, 1989 - SECT 5
Secrecy
5. Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (2) the following penalty:
"Penalty: $12,000 or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.". Commencement: 28th
day after day of Royal Assent
