SOCIAL SECURITY AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 119, 1990 - SECT 42

42. Section 8WB of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (3) "section 138A" and substituting

"sections 91B and 138A";
(b) by inserting in subsection (3) "52B, 77A," after "section".

   (c)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(4) This section has effect subject to:

   (a)  section 128B of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986; and

   (b)  section 32AB of the Seamen's War Pensions and Allowances Act 1940.".
