AMENDMENTS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 RELATING TO
THE QUALIFYING AGE FOR SENIORS HEALTH CARD 1. Paragraph 1061ZA(a): Omit the
paragraph, substitute: "(a) has reached pension age; and". Note: The
subheading to section 1061ZA, "Women who have reached 60 and men who have
reached 65", is omitted. 2. Section 1061ZA: Add at the end: "Note 3: For
'pension age' see subsections 23(5A), (5B), (5C) and (5D).".
