AMENDMENTS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 RELATING TO
OVERPAYMENTS AND DEBT RECOVERY 1. Paragraph 1223AA(1B)(b): Omit the paragraph,
substitute: "(b) the amount of prepayment is more than the amount (if any)
(the 'correct amount') of social security benefit that was payable under this
Act to the person for the period; and". 2. Section 1224B: Add at the end
(after the Notes): "(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who is not
required to pay the enrolment fees mentioned in paragraph (1)(b).".
