SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 17

17. Section 96 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''an endowment'' and
substituting ''a family allowance'';

         (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) ''the endowment'' and
substituting ''the family allowance'';

         (c)  by omitting from sub-section (5) ''an endowment'' and
substituting ''a family allowance'';

         (d)  by omitting from sub-section (6) ''An endowment'' and
substituting ''A family allowance''; and

         (e)  by omitting from sub-section (6) ''an endowment'' (wherever
occurring) and substituting ''a family allowance''.
