SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), this Part and Part II shall come
into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 and sub-sections 46 (1), (2) and (3)
shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) Section 18 and sub-section 43 (2) shall come into operation on the first
day that is the fifteenth day of a month that occurs after the expiration of
the period of 2 months commencing on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(4) Part III shall come into operation on the day fixed by Proclamation under
sub-section 2 (6) of the Social Services Amendment Act 
1979 .
