SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 81, 1992 - SECT 105

105. Section 1224 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (2)(a) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:

"(a) if the person is receiving a pension, benefit or allowance under this Act
- deductions from that person's pension, benefit or allowance; or

   (aa) if section 1234A applies to another person who is receiving a pension,
        benefit or allowance under this Act - deductions from that other
        person's pension, benefit or allowance; or";

   (b)  by omitting from Note 1 to subsection (2) "section 1231" and
        substituting "sections 1231 and 1234A".
