SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 81, 1992 - SECT 109

109. Before section 1231 of the Principal Act the following section is
inserted in Part 5.3: Application of sections dealing with deductions

"1231AA. Sections 1231 and 1234A provide for debt recovery by deductions in
the following situations:

   (a)  section 1231 - debt recovery from person who incurred the debt;

   (b)  section 1234A - debt recovery by consent from person other than
        debtor.".
