SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 81, 1992 - SECT 16

16. Section 237 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (1) the following Note: "Note: a person who is qualified for
payments under this Subdivision for the death of the person's partner may, in
some circumstances, be automatically transferred to a sole parent pension
after the end of the bereavement period without making a claim for that
pension (see subsection 259(4)).".
