SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 81, 1992 - SECT 21

21. Section 367 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(b) all words after "widow B" and substituting: "pension:

        (i)    on the day on which the partner dies; or

        (ii)   within 4 weeks after the day on which the partner dies;".
