SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 81, 1992 - SECT 48

48. Section 729 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subparagraph (2)(f)(ii);
(b) by omitting from subparagraph (2)(f)(iii) "that Act" and substituting

"the Migration Act 1958".
