SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 81, 1992 - SECT 52

52. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) the definition of "granny flat interest";

   (b)  by omitting subparagraph (4)(a)(ii) and substituting the following
        subparagraph:

"(ii) the person's right or interest in the home gives the person reasonable
security of tenure in the home; and";

   (c)  by omitting subparagraph (4)(b)(ii) and substituting the following
        subparagraph:

"(ii) the person's right or interest, or the partner's right or interest, in
the home gives the person, or the person's partner, reasonable security of
tenure in the home; and";

   (d)  by omitting subsection (9).
