SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 36, 1993 - SECT 26

26. Section 664A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of the
definition of "threshold amount" in subsection (4) the following word and
paragraph:

"; and (e) has no dependent children.".
