SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 36, 1993 - SECT 41

41. Section 1074E of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1)(a)
and substituting the following paragraphs:

"(a) if only one rate of return on the product has been declared during the
period-the declared rate of return; or

   (aa) if 2 or more rates of return on the product have been declared during
        the period-the average of those declared rates of return; or".
