SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 141

141. Section 685 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (2)(a)
and substituting the following paragraph:

"(a) a person is enrolled in a full-time course of education that is part of a
rehabilitation program that the Secretary has required the person to undertake
under section 697; or".
