SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 37

37. Section 1222 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from Note 1 to subsection (1):

". section 1226 debts-compensation payer and insurer debts;"; and
substituting:

". section 1226 debts-compensation payer and insurer debts; section 1226A
debts-compensation arrears debts;";

   (b)  by inserting after item 7 in the Recovery Methods Table in subsection
        (2) the following item:
      7A. 1226A                   deductions            1231,1234A
