SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 49

49. Section 838 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (1) "A" and substituting "Subject to
        subsection (3), a";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(3) Paragraph (1)(d) does not apply to a person if the person has an exempt
FA child. Note: for 'exempt FA child' see subsection 5(1).".
