SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 54

Payment to a sole parent pensioner

54. Section 665A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(b) the following paragraph:

"(ba) either:

        (i)    the Secretary is satisfied that the person intends to enrol in
               a full-time or part-time course of education that is an
               approved course under the AUSTUDY scheme; or

        (ii)   the person is enrolled in such a course; and".
