SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 229, 1992 - SECT 9

9. Section 1067 of the Principal Act is amended in point 1067-H11 of Benefit
Rate Calculator A:
(a) by omitting from item 2 in column 2 of Table H-2 "partner not getting
AUSTUDY allowance" and substituting " additional amount for partner";
(b) by omitting from item 3 in column 2 of Table H-2 "partner getting
AUSTUDY allowance" and substituting " no additional amount for partner";

   (c)  by adding at the end the following Note:

"Note 2: to work out if an additional amount for the person's partner is
payable see points 1067-C1 to 1067-C6.".
