SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 14

Rate reduction of certain pensions, benefits and allowances where periodic compensation payments have been received

14. Section 1168 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in each item in the Table in subsection (3) "DWS" after
        "DSP" (wherever occurring);

   (b)  by inserting in the Key to the Table in subsection (3):

"DWS = disability wage supplement" after:

"DSP = disability support pension".
