SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 30

30. Section 43 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1)(a) and substituting the following paragraph:



"(a) has reached pension age; and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) the following Note:

"Note 2: For 'pension age' see subsections 23(5A), (5B), (5C) and (5D).".
