SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 33

Rate of pension or allowance payable under scheduled international social security agreement where rate to be determined under the social security laws of Australia

33. The Rate Calculator in section 1210 of the Principal Act is amended by
omitting point 1210-B1 and substituting the following point: Working life

"1210-B1. For the purposes of this Module, a person's working life is the
period beginning when the person turns 16 and ending when the person reaches
pension age. Note: For 'pension age' see subsections 23(5A), (5B), (5C) and
(5D).".
