SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 55

55. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
subparagraph (c)(x) of the definition of "personal assistance" the following
subparagraph:

"(xa) disability wage supplement;".
