SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 6

6. Section 100 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (1) "Subject to subsections (2)" and
        substituting "Subject to subsections (1A), (2)";

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

"(1A) If a person claims disability support pension within 28 days of last
being paid a disability wage supplement the person's provisional commencement
day is the day after the last payment of disability wage supplement.".
