SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1994 No. 109, 1994 - SECT 61

Persons not qualified if they have received farm household support for 2 years etc.

61. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(2)(b) "or newstart allowance" and substituting ", newstart allowance or
partner allowance".
