SALES TAX ASSESSMENT (No. 3) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 199, 1978 - SECT 8

Application of provisions of Sales Tax Assessment Act (No. 1) 1930

8. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''sub-sections (4), (5B) and (5C)''
        and substituting ''sub-sections (5B) and (5C)''; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-section (1).
