SALES TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1992 No. 114, 1992 - SECT 66

66.(1) The Commissioner may, in a particular case, extend the time for payment
of tax, or allow it to be paid by instalments.

(2) In this section:

"tax" includes penalty under Part 9 and late-payment penalty.
