SALES TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1992 No. 114, 1992 - SECT 81

81.(1) A registered person must notify the Commissioner if:

   (a)  the person changes address: or

   (b)  a time comes when the person no longer satisfies any registration
        ground.

(2) The notification must be made within 21 days after the change of address
or the time mentioned in paragraph (1)(b).
