SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 135, 1987 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsections 3 (1) and 4 (1) shall be deemed to have come into operation on
1 July 1987.

(3) Subsections 3 (4) and 4 (4) shall come into operation on a day to be fixed
by Proclamation.

(4) Subsections 3 (5) and 4 (5) shall come into operation on the day on which
the Customs Tariff Act 1987 comes into operation.
