SALES TAX LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 47, 1985 - SECT 44
Application of provisions of Sales Tax Assessment Act (No. 1) 1930
44. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "section 3" and substituting " sections
3 and 3A"; and
(b) by inserting in sub-section (1) ", sub-section 26 (3A)" after "25A".
