Antarctic Treaty (Environment Protection) Act 1980

1  Subsection 3(1) (paragraph (a) of the definition of Australian property )

Omit "in accordance with the Civil Aviation Regulations as an Australian aircraft", substitute "under regulations made under the Civil Aviation Act 1988 ".

Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991

2  Section 3 (paragraph (a) of the definition of Australian aircraft )

Omit "as an Australian aircraft".

Crimes (Currency) Act 1981

3  Subsection 23(2) (paragraph (a) of the definition of Australian aircraft )

Omit "in accordance with the Civil Aviation Regulations as an Australian aircraft", substitute "under regulations made under the Civil Aviation Act 1988 ".

Maritime Powers Act 2013

4  Section 8 (paragraph (a) of the definition of Australian aircraft )

Omit "the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 as an Australian aircraft", substitute "regulations made under the Civil Aviation Act 1988 ".

5  Section 8 (definition of Civil Aviation Regulations )

Repeal the definition.
