SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 (NO. 84, 2009) - SECT 64

             (1)  The Safe Work Australia Special Account is established by this section.

             (2)  The Account is a Special Account for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .
