SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 (NO. 84, 2009) - SECT 67

                   Safe Work Australia may, in writing, delegate all or any of its functions or powers under this Act to the following:

                     (a)  a member;

                     (b)  an SES employee or acting SES employee of the staff of Safe Work Australia.
