SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 (NO. 84, 2009) - SECT 7

             (1)  Safe Work Australia must perform its functions in accordance with its strategic plan and operational plan.

             (2)  When performing its functions, Safe Work Australia may consult with:

                     (a)  governments and government bodies; and

                     (b)  representatives of workers and employers; and

                     (c)  other interested people, bodies and organisations.
