SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 (NO. 84, 2009) - SECT 70

Annual report to be given to Minister

             (1)  The CEO must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each financial year, prepare and give to the Minister, Safe Work Australia and the Ministerial Council a report on Safe Work Australia's operations during that year.

Contents of annual report

             (2)  The CEO must include in the report the following:

                     (a)  the financial statements required by section 49 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 ;

                     (b)  an audit report on those statements under section 57 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .
