TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 2

2. (1) Part I, section 5, Part IV, Division 1 of Part V and sections 75 and 97
of this Act shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives
the Royal Assent.*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the date
fixed under sub-section 2 (2) of the Postal Services Act 1975.
